how have you made the window? is it a photo? is it made in 3d? if you have made it is it photosho?
and how have you made that beautiful necula/galaxie?

ANSWER MODE ACTIVATED

Yes, I made the spaceships as wells as the window, they were created in Cinema 4D.
The nebula is mix of painting and some photo manipulation (but mainly painting).
Hope it helped a little

I don't use Mac either, it will work on ur PC.
You can also use Maya or 3Ds Max for that if you want.
